Brueghel engaged this topic also in other paintings in the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna, in the Musées Royaux des Beaux-Arts, Brussels, and in Bendorf and in Antwerp. Also his "Aeneas and the Cumaean Sibyl in the Underworld" at the Thorwaldsen Museum, Copenhagen, TB44.
