Rene Lalique (1860-1945), "Danaïdes" (1926), colorless opalescent glass vase, 16.5 x 15.5 cm diameter, Corning Museum of Glass accession no. 2011.3.359.

In a mold-pressed and acid-etched glass vase, six roughly identical nude female figures pour water from hydria mounted on their shoulders.
