A. Disney corporation's "trivializing" of the Heracles myth was cause for public offense?

B. The Greek government in 1997 was circumspect and likely should have sued Disney corp for all they were worth.

C. Heracles is not the property of Greece alone, but a civilizing hero for all mankind. Thus, Disney owns him as do the Greeks.
