W. Haskell Coffin, "Share in the Victory" 1918, War Savings Stamps campaign poster depicting winged Nike as symbolic patroness of the United States' war cause.

Winged Nike/Victory, portrayed as an blue-eyed rosy-cheeked beauty (ergo, overtly American?), extends the palm of victory to the viewer inviting contributions to the U.S. effort in World War I. The iconography is classical (cf. The Winged Victory of Samothrace), except perhaps for Coffin's inclusion of the sword that Nike wields.
