Fully nude Andromeda anticipates the arrival of a canine-like Cetus while Perseus descends on a white Pegasus from heavens brandishing his sword.

Reid records w versions of a painting 1592-93 �derived from Goltzius�s engraving (1583), one at Rhode Island School of Design, Providence no. 57.147 and another at Ringling Museum, Sarasota, FL, no. SN108. She does not, though, mention this one.
