Eugène Delacroix, 1798-1863, "Perseus and Andromeda," (1847, according to Morgenthaler), Paris, Louvre... Reid cites at 177 a painting in the Baltimore Museum of Art without inv. no.

One must sort out the discrepency between Reid's citation and Morgenthaler's.

The image at right is derived from the Wikipedia Commons site which shows Delacroix' 1853 "Perseus and Andromeda" owned by the Stuttgart Staatsgallerie, inv. no. 2636.
